To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日嚟呢度食自助餐，openrice訂座有優惠性價比都唔錯. 坐得都舒服人數都有八成滿但係坐位唔迫有好多款沙律供應，見到心情都好好海鮮有蝦有螺有龍蝦仔，仲有生蠔供應，尚算新鮮有中西湯兩款供應，中湯唔錯飲品凍檸茶咖啡熱茶都係自助另外可以加錢要果汁熱盤有片皮鴨烤牛肉仲有唔少中式小炒我冇試到仲有好多款壽司刺身就中規中矩都係普通三文魚嗰啲比較好嘅係甜品全部都好精緻放喺櫃入面有職員攞畀你，仲有雞蛋仔，仲有即場焗嘅榴槤撻，好推薦下次得閒都可以再食
