To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜歡食片皮鴨既編，今次揀左旺角康得思酒店既The Place食中午buffet, 因為佢做緊既主題係環球海鮮及鐵板燒烤，見到唔少食客分享左d圖出黎就心癢癢！😋🥰真係估佢唔到，星期一平日竟然都滿坐，好多枱都似係公司包左幾枱做員工聚餐，唔係佢間酒店自己員工定其他公司包左啲枱食聚餐。同其他人d 枱櫈互相都好近，排隊位水洩不通，同人好易碰撞到，呢個場有點小，小編特登避開閒日先黎，但平日都咁多人有啲壓迫感。😅食物種類唔算多，但都睇得出生蠔、片皮鴨、魚生同榴連布甸麵包應該係主打既，因為都勁多人排。生蠔偏細隻，同埋有啲腥，食左一轉（每人3隻）已經無興趣再食。🥲片皮鴨個醬唔夠甜亦落得唔夠多，鴨都唔算香，同之前完全無得比，有點失望。🥲榴連布甸麵包個包keep到好脆，細細件分量岩岩好！ 👍🏻萬越莓馬卡龍酸酸地同本身馬卡龍既甜好夾！ ❤️其他野食都係不過不失，無咩特別位。🧐所以唔係好明點解會咁full😅
