今晚呢間餐廳原來已經已咗差不多19年店內環境舒適,有蠔食之外,仲有結他聽我同朋友先叫2杯house wine ,味道香醇,容易入口頭盤有Pacific Oyster:海水味不濃,味道清新,入口滑溜帶鮮味再嚟個黑松露焗大啡菇:大啡菇上面鋪滿肉碎/芝士和黑松露,咬落去啖啖汁,而且帶有香濃的黑松露味餐湯點了龍蝦濃湯:質感幼滑,味道濃郁另外叫了黑松露野菌pizza:薄餅底非常薄,而且非常香脆,不過個人比較喜愛厚身的餅底點品有心太軟:賣相一流一刀切落去,見到裏面的朱古力漿慢慢流出,呢個畫面真係令人心動,真係唔食得都睇得流心朱古力蛋糕連埋碎朱古力雪糕一齊食,一冷一熱,一脆一軟,真係like 爆
