To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豐業大廈我嚟過好多次，但通常都係食中菜多，之前發現呢間Cuisine Culture，今次就過嚟探店！店舖裝修簡潔，舒適；有別於高級法國菜，呢度感覺更casual。今日嗌咗5道菜，而且晚市house wine、啤酒、汽水做緊買一送一優惠⋯為配合法國菜，就嗌咗2杯白酒⋯焗法式地道古也芝士洋蔥湯味道濃郁，洋蔥蕉糖化使洋蔥原來嘅味道更濃郁，更香甜！配上古也芝士同芝士法包，軟腍、咸香加上拉絲嘅芝士，令整個口感、味道更有層次⋯焦糖鵝肝醬配法包本身我好鍾意鵝肝醬配法包，焦糖鵝肝醬真係第一次試！脆脆焦糖下嘅鵝肝醬口感細膩、醇厚，配上果jam，中和咗鵝肝醬油膩嘅感覺，食落更清新，推介！慢火煮紅酒和牛面肉配法包牛面肉煮到軟腍，牛味香濃，肉質嫩滑，骨膠原非常豐富！食落軟腍，而且有口感，唔錯！法包蘸上紅酒汁嚟食，味道亦唔錯。日本鮮帶子檸檬汁初榨橄欖油意粉呢道菜比較清新，帶子鮮甜，口感細嫩⋯意粉口感煙韌彈牙，配上香草汁，味道都已經好好⋯但由於係檸檬汁意粉嘅關係，就略嫌缺少檸檬清新舒爽嘅感覺，但整體都係好味的！朱古力心太軟雪糕朱古力味道濃郁，熱熱嘅朱古力漿再配上冰凍嘅雪糕，感覺一流！House Wine白酒味道

整體體驗唔錯，下次再過嚟試吓其他菜式先⋯最後，要讚一下餐廳嘅服務，侍應一切以客人為先，主動斟水、收碟，令整個用餐感覺非常滿意！
