To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去咗間餐廳，實試咗佢哋嘅招牌海鮮，實告你，勁過瘋！一開始就點咗個皇帝蟹，新鮮到彈跳，一蟹兩味嚟嘅，蟹膏炒飯撈起嗰啲蟹膏，香滑得滯，一啖蟹肉，一啖飯，正！然後蒜蓉粉絲蒸大蟶子就真係咁滑好食，啲粉絲吸滿咗海鮮嘅鮮味，食落口感一流。叫咗份燒鵝，脆皮酥脆，肉質鬆軟，一啖嚟香口得嚟唔膩。嗰個螺頭燉湯，飲一啖湯，香甜得嚟湯底濃郁，令我喝到停不了口。最後啲壽包，蓮蓉包同黃包，哂款都送晒俾我地，香甜彈牙，瞓前一個正。整體嚟講，個餐廳嘅環境都算舒服，服務態度都算唔錯，一路笑容迎人。唯一要留意，如果係人多嘅話，記得提前去攞位，因為我哋去嘅時候，實係滿座。食咗呢餐，肚子滿足嗰陣，真係覺得物有所值。反正食得夠鮮夠滑，真係得令到彈舌頭💯👌🔥。下次想幫襯，真係希望佢哋可以有啲優惠添！
