To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末和屋企人在荃灣廣場逛街，購買了很多東西後，已經差不多午餐時間。剛好經過這條街，發覺添記搬了過來。以前吃過也幾好，所以叫了外賣回家吃。（現時非常時期，我們都減少外出用膳，多數自己煮或外賣）我們例牌叫這個豬扒米線（冬陰功湯底小辣），湯底很惹味但又不會太辣。但是反而豬扒有點瘦、有點柴皮。如果豬扒不是那麼柴皮會更好～可能因為外賣關係，豬扒拿到回家都沒那麼好吃。但是冬陰功湯底味道好味，所以下次來外賣，可能選擇其他口味的米線、例如魚、豬手等等。
