To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚市套餐B椒鹽魷魚鬚新鮮製作的魷魚鬚非常惹味魷魚外表酥脆內部Q彈鮮美配合椒鹽口味，十分好吃，令人吃個不停陳醋雲耳這道涼菜有甜、酸、麻、辣、鹹、鮮、香七種味十分醒胃翡翠炒蝦仁荷蘭豆及茶樹菇口感清爽，味道鮮甜蝦仁爽口脆彈吃完味道較濃的菜式，之前品嚐這道菜，令味覺更清新濃湯花膠翅濃湯烹調的花膠翅味道香濃花膠口感軟滑鮮美，肉質厚實排翅分量十足，口感不俗蠔皇鮑魚扣花菇鮑魚身飽滿，味肉質軟滑花菇口感嫩滑帶彈性，而且非常入味配合白菜絕對是最佳組合招牌銅盤生煎雞煎雞咸香味十足加上香菇同洋蔥片非常香口銅盤令煎雞受熱均勻，更加原汁原味蒜蓉炒時蔬食過所有濃味食物，最適合吃蔬菜解膩原個蛋黃壽桃包整個晚餐小編最喜歡就是壽桃包了壽桃包份量十足，包身軟綿不黏口內餡有原個鹹蛋黃，令人回味無窮精美甜品甜品是紅豆沙，作為晚餐終結
