Restaurant: 生記滷味
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴日同朋友去何文田搵食 行行下發現左有間專食滷味既鋪頭就諗住試下。 一埋位就黎左碗例湯,係蘿蔔瘦肉湯。蘿蔔清甜冇渣又好淋,冇牙都食到! 入面滷味都多選擇,又有得淨揀雞飯,鴨飯38蚊同鵝飯50蚊雙拼加兩蚊。又有豬頭肉豬脷d平時少見既餸揀都幾抵食。我叫左個鴨拼豬脷飯,朋友叫左個鵝拼豬頸肉飯,豬脷比想像中硬,要咬耐d。但朋友食過覺得好食過平時d牛脷,佢話之前試過牛脷接受唔到,今次覺得豬脷幾好食。 鴨就普通水準,不過不失。 反而鵝就真係出色,雖然d皮厚左小小,帶點油膩,但肉質結實。整體黎講中意食滷味既人下次可以試鵝同豬脷。
