To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三記喺慈雲山非常出名,食飯時間實有人排隊,到咗宵夜就更加係逼爆,兩間分店都唔夠佳,仲要坐出街。魚香茄子非常惹味,鹹魚同碎肉好足料,所以味道比較鹹,餸飯一流炸乳鴿係新鮮即炸,入口時仲有啲熱。外皮香脆可口,乳鴿肉鮮嫩多汁,大排檔竟然食到呢個質素👍🏻食完炸乳鴿唔夠喉,又怕熱氣,所以叫多隻滷水乳鴿食。滷水乳鴿就有啲遜色,滷水汁冇咩特別,乳鴿亦都及炸嘅嫩滑,下次都係食返炸乳鴿!最遲上嘅薑蔥魚雲有驚喜,用煲仔上,一食就食得出鑊氣,魚雲好新鮮同大件,薑蔥炒得非常香口惹味,正。店員果然冇介紹錯👍🏻打冷必要嘅招牌鵝片份量十足,叫返支啤酒啤一啤就Perfect啦~提外話店員好Nice,會推介你有咩想啱,或者今日有咩新鮮,如果有啲出名嘅嘢例如鵝肉就來賣晒,會提你問你使唔使叫一份先。
