To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這段時間的天氣反復的厲害,一會落雨一會打風一會濕得滲水一會又干得嘴唇起皮,真是好難伺候。這日約了好友K歌,唱足兩個半鐘肚子開始抗議,便接著匯合好友的好友一起去了甘味讚岐手打烏冬專門店位於皇室堡的門店。紅假撞上dinner time等位是必然的,不過還好並不會等太久,店面不算大,小小的剛好佔據一個轉角的“隆”,門口豎著一大塊餐牌外加一面展示墻,是大多日式簡餐餐廳的風格。行到裏面發現餐廳佔據角落的位置也不錯,至少有一整面落地窗加街景,正對維多利亞公園,夜色路燈下的綠影摩挲也算是有幾分浪漫情調。餐廳面積不小,間隔有小小逼,故立刻想到“食堂”二字。推薦美食當然是烏冬面,友人則力薦番茄湯底;其實餐牌頗豐富,以不同的湯底搭配不同的配餐(雞扒、豬扒、牛肉等),好似魔方一般花樣百出,看得有些眼花花;除了烏冬面,也有蕎麥面以及飯類,大多都是簡單的日式料理;點了主菜亦可以優惠價點選一些預設的壽司。友人幾乎都點了番茄湯底的烏冬,一眼望去“一片紅”。海鮮刺身蕎麥面船,以船型碗器裝著蕎麥冷麵,另加一小碗混著炸蔥蒜與醬油的沾面醬汁;可能是店員忙不過來的關係,友人的這份海鮮刺身差點漏單,提醒之後check單子才姍姍

海鮮刺身蕎麥面船,以船型碗器裝著蕎麥冷麵,另加一小碗混著炸蔥蒜與醬油的沾面醬汁;可能是店員忙不過來的關係,友人的這份海鮮刺身差點漏單,提醒之後check單子才姍姍來遲,刺身拼盤麻麻地,也只有最穩整的三文魚過了關;蕎麥面倒是正常水準,口感煙韌略帶麥香,但個人覺得搭配的醬汁有些淡,整體過於清淡了些。

兩款小食點來大家share,野菜那碟賣相平平並不吸引人,味道麻麻地;炸軟骨反倒不錯,麵粉雖炸的過於乾硬,但淋上些椒鹽粉的炸軟骨也是頗有“香酥雞”的街頭風味,鮮咸又有炸物的口感,淋上些檸檬汁加多份微酸的清涼,即可解去不少油膩感。

豆漿湯底的野菜烏冬,先來說說湯底,湊近已可聞到一股豆香,不腥略帶奶味;湯汁放久片刻邊緣處便開始凝結,口感潤滑與醇厚但又不至於濃過頭,聞起來豆味重,吃起來反倒覺得是奶味重些,感覺近似牛乳湯底,調味方面也很清淡,微咸襯著豆乳香,很和諧;手打烏冬周身渾圓,掛湯一般吸湯能力卻是一流,口感偏軟,若不是執著的追求勁道,這一款手打烏冬也是不錯的選擇;野菜大軍也讓我頗為滿意,南瓜、昆布、蘿蔔絲都很清爽,也更添一份湯頭的清甜,一大顆煮到水撲撲的香菇,一口咬下湯汁迸發也十分帶勁!

整體來說是一間價廉物美的日式餐廳,走大眾路線,價格亦十分親人,若是加上環境與手打烏冬的特別分,便覺得性價比高出預期了;若是有緣,下次定會去試試招牌的番茄湯底。
