媽咪話今年中秋提早做節,所以吩咐我揾地方食飯。通常做節都係去酒樓,無新意又淨得套餐可揀,想來想去決定去生昌食潮州嘢。幾日前打電話去book位,聽電話嗰個哥哥仔話book位一定要食套餐,而且我book8点幾,佢話實有位。果然嗰晚去到就有位。一家九口叫咗12款嘢,包括:鹽焗烏頭,鵝片,豉油王鵝腸,蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦,沙律明蝦球,薑蒽炒蟹,蟹棗,椒鹽鮮魷,白灼獅蛤,糖醋麵,蠔仔粥,蝦醬通菜。鹽焗烏頭,生昌選用元朗靚烏頭,成條魚充滿黃油,有大同細si差ze可以揀,價錢相差唔多,所以大條較抵食。豉油王鵝腸,超肥美又入味,好少見打冷啲鵝腸咁肥美。以前聽人講話獅蛤血淋淋好核突。但試完呢度嘅白灼獅蛤,你可能會改觀,啲獅蛤好鮮甜爽口,而且好乾淨,配蒜蓉醋更能帶出獅蛤嘅鮮味。第一次食糖醋麵,炸到金黃色嘅麵餅,上面灑滿白砂糖,加少許酸醋,酸酸甜甜,卜卜脆,好開胃。蠔仔粥啲蠔仔大大隻,用料十足,值得推介。至於其他菜式都好滿意,散叫平過套餐,套餐最平嗰款大約$1400幾,但套餐有煲翅。一煲翅約400幾蚊,下次有機會再試。
