好耐冇岀過食評,但尋日食咗一間好好食嘅潮洲打冷,忍唔住要寫一個。同朋友叫咗10碟餸,全部都好高質。辣酒煮花螺食極仲有,份量好充足。蠔餅、蠔仔粥都係必嗌!仲有韮菜豬紅,炸大腸,鹹雞等等,都好好味。令我印象最深刻係一碟鹹蛋三寶,好新奇嘅菜式。特別係苦瓜,苦瓜嘅少少苦中和左油膩嘅外層,惹味得嚟又取得一個平衡。聽夥計講係佢哋嘅新菜式,原來佢哋間唔時都會有一啲新菜式,令人驚喜。嗌埋啤酒暢飲,和朋友過了一個歡快的晚上。

其實生昌滷味係幾出色😋。食過牛頭角、觀塘某較出名潮洲滷水鵝片,唔係過肥、就係瘦到鞋口,但生昌既鵝片係岩岩好!

3.「蠔仔粥」🦪🍲

蠔仔份量足!唔孤寒!我哋3個女仔都食唔曬~如果多啲芫茜更佳!

一行四人運動完有quota可以食個痛快,適逢星期四唔使等位。先嚟一個反砂芋,功夫菜式,師傅至少炒三十分鐘或以上至令芋頭條上到糖,我好耐以前食過,唔太肯定凍食定熱食,因上枱係凍嘅,甜中帶有點點蔥花香,挺特別,一試無妨。鹵水獅頭鵝非常入味但唔係死鹹嗰種,好好味。蠔仔粥一大碗,各人淺嚐試吓,方魚夠香蠔又鮮。椒鹽鮮魷例牌夠大碟,脆漿脆口又唔厚,真鮮魷,大排檔風味返哂嚟。韮菜豬紅味道剛好,好惹味。蝦棗內裡彈牙外脆炸脆,好難得可以做到咁,讚~

第二次到訪,今次慶祝父親節。之前食過一次覺得好抵,好大碟,野食又唔錯,所以帶屋企人嚟食。揀咗好耐最後都決定叫個4人餐,唔洗煩,啲野又啱食。環境就唔好預勁乾淨好整潔架喇,都叫接受到!有室外室內揀,提提大家,佢話唔食套餐冇得book位,我6點到,都開始陸續有人潮樣樣都好大碟,份量十足,好食我自己好鍾意食呢度嘅鹹酸菜,味道啱啱好,唔會太重口味,酸酸地又好開胃,食到好飽夾一舊就啱哂,解膩蠔餅夠熱夠脆滷水鵝勁大碟,冇用豆腐墊高,好肥美,亦都好入味沙茶牛肉炒河其實幾好食,但其他野份量好多,真係食唔哂🤣🤣要讚下個蝦棗!新鮮炸起好正好彈牙,必嗌!雞煲翅真係有翅。。。屋企人覺得有啲清淡。。。出菜好快,最搞笑係間唔中有姐姐拎住啲新鮮餸入嚟問大家要唔要🤣overall嚟講,一大班人嚟食係勁抵,又食得多野!

蠔餅夠熱夠脆

滷水鵝勁大碟,冇用豆腐墊高,好肥美,亦都好入味

沙茶牛肉炒河其實幾好食,但其他野份量好多,真係食唔哂🤣🤣
