Hong Kong Style Stir-Fry Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佐敦有個好處就係，當你唔介意餐廳既環境時，有好多食平靚正lunch既好選擇。"和記"就係其中一間，有好多唔同種類既碟頭飯唔講唔知其實隔幾個街口有另一間和記個間既環境再差小小，但係野食好味d 大碟d 平d.黎親和記我都會嗌"椒鹽豬扒飯" ($42), 大件夾抵食！豬扒份量夠多，不過呢排黎佢好似轉左煮法，無之前幾次食咁惹味，希望之後可以改善番。Ps 呢度有樣得意既地方就係野飲只係得凍啡，凍奶茶（呢兩樣加$3)，汽水（好似係6蚊），無大家嗌開既凍檸茶檸水之類。
