聞說係灣仔區有間5星酒店,而且𥚃面嘅餐廳質素非常好👍🏻當然要試吓😋其實日本菜真係好少食😅但呢間餐廳又並非全日本料理,啱晒🙌🏻裝修好雅緻,氣氛好,仲可以坐露台,不過當晚仍然有啲凍,都係下次先😅食飯方面,食材新鮮、賣相吸精,整體比預期更好😍今次試咗4 courses $588pp, 包括(Otoshi+Kaishi+Main+Dessert), 仲有餐茶😄OTOSHIctopus / Causa / Ginger睇擺盤已經賞心閱目,而且好多八爪魚😅Wagyu / Crispy Rice / Quail Egg半生熟鵪鶉蛋+生牛肉真係超夾,𥚃面有啲好似米通嘅脆脆,成件事完美😋😋😋Hamaguri / Scallion / Miso soup麵豉湯入面有大大隻蜆,所以可以做得咁甜咁豐富👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻KAISHI:Wagyu Tataki: A-5 Miyazaki wagyu, sudachi, ponzu個醬汁帶起咗個牛肉,又軟又滑😋Mizuna Salad: Avocado, tofu, spicy shikuwaso同樣個汁處理得好令到成個沙律菜更加好食🤤MAINS:Hirame Shio

魚滑得來有質感,掂👍🏻👍🏻

呢個軟腍適中,個汁成就件事,旁邊嘅菇少少辣,反而可以提升味覺,正
