To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 農曆新年前莉莉子當然繼續又行街又食飯銅鑼灣晚市時段每間餐廳都大排長龍,都唔知揀邊間最好🙄 口淡淡既莉莉子決定要食返d酸味味既野,最後就揀左主打濃郁番茄烏冬既「甘味」啦一入餐廳,莉莉子就俾佢既眼花繚亂既餐牌嚇親,感覺太多選擇🤦🏻‍♂️唔知選邊款好,最後揀左番茄雞扒烏冬同墨魚餅沙律。番茄雞扒烏冬味道當然仍然非常好味,烏冬真係超級彈牙,而且由於番茄湯底好濃郁關係,齋食烏冬同湯已經覺得好夠啦最後陪上好脆口既雞扒,真係100分滿足至於墨魚餅沙律,配搭既千島醬非常惹味,莉莉子食極都未停到口,更加更加重要既係$40蚊但沙律份量好多嫁,兩個人都夠哂皮
