To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天是我倆的紀念日,老公預約了尖沙咀一間商場內的日式料理食Omakase ,座位舒服,更有兩間廂房。餐具十分精美,攞盤亦用心,店員服務亦佳。首先上了個前菜,有三款,白粟米清甜多汁,京都湯葉滑溜香口,上面更有蟹肉絲,螺肉多肉爽口。鮫蝶魚有四小卷,以花襯托,内有燒香的鮫蝶邊和香蔥,口感清爽。水白鮫配響螺,拍一拍更爽,口感較為硬身的爽。間白魚上面是少許辣的醬,魚皮稍為炙燒,一塊較厚肉,另一塊就薄切,爽中帶鮮味,一次過試兩種口感。秋刀魚,十分當造,擺盤美輪美奐,配薑蔥汁。銀鱈魚配麵豉醬,酸酸甜甜。鰹魚微微炙燒過,上面有紫洋蔥,配酸酸的沙律汁和海藻。中拖羅配竹炭鹽,用紫蘇葉夾著食,入口即化。吞拿魚的腦天,部位十分矜貴,炙燒後配紫菜,鮮美惹味。酒煮金目鯛,味道清甜,配有冬菇和豆腐等。深海池魚,爽口肉滑。車海老大大隻,味道突出。石垣貝有少許柚子香,十分爽口。北海道馬糞赤海膽,份量十足,香濃幼滑。赤鯥魚炙燒完,魚皮很香口。靖魚配昆布香紫菜,飯有紫蘇葉和芝麻香。最後更有松茸湯和甜品。今年以來最滿足的一餐,十分幸福的一餐。
