❤️Amuse Bouche芝士油條配煙熏鯡魚魚子醬呢粒波波上面嘅魚子醬鹹鹹香香好好味,細細粒好開胃,又唔會話好肥膩。❤️Starter - 50 month Iberico Jamon.伊比利亞火腿呢一種火腿,其實係專為亞洲人而設,因為我哋唔喜歡太鹹嘅食品,所以佢哋轉左方法減少咗鹽嘅用量去製作。相對上要比平時用多幾倍嘅時間去做醃製架。我自己都真係覺得我平時食開嗰啲咁鹹,好容易入口。❤️Mediterranean Blue Fin Tuna Belly , Applewood Smoke 蘋果木煙燻地中海藍旗吞拿魚,識落口真係多咗一浸好香嘅蘋果木味,我自己覺得咁樣食嘅吞拿魚好似特別啲。❤️Korean 1++ Ribeye.韓國 1++ 牛肋眼另外仲有一個香菜油醋汁嘅沙律,我自己覺得好好味!牛肉就配搭咗搭配左喜馬拉雅鹽,呈現粉粉嫩嫩嘅顏色❤️ japanese sea snails日本海蝸牛配香草奶油平時法式焗田螺就食得多,利用咁樣嘅煮飯,就真係第一次,都幾好食!而且香草味好出。整體來講我覺得價錢同質素成正比,餐廳嘅環境都唔錯,我同老公都食得好滿足。
