打邊爐就食得多,蒸氣火鍋就冇乜食過,今次喺銅鑼灣試咗呢間以海鮮為主嘅一人蒸氣火鍋我同朋友每人都點咗個最抵食嘅“九品芝麻”套餐,食物款式都幾多🌟三點刺身:北寄貝、甘蝦、帆立貝🌟炸物:炸章魚燒(2粒)🌟海鮮:白蜆、蝦、鮑魚、鮮魚片、大蜆🌟肉類:美國肥牛/豚肉片/雞腿肉 (三選二)🌟三寶丸:牛骨濃汁牛丸、薑汁皮蛋貢丸、招牌墨魚丸🌟蔬菜拼盤:唐生菜、娃娃菜、南瓜、翠玉瓜、鮮冬菇、金菇、粟米🌟甜品:雪米糍火鍋配料雖然每款唔算好多,但加埋食哂咁多樣野都幾飽,而且刺身好新鮮,海鮮都好生猛,見到佢哋仲識郁,唔點醬油就咁食都好鮮甜,我同朋友特別欣賞啲蝦,所以我哋最後每人encore一碟另外,佢啲丸都幾正幾彈牙,牛丸同貢丸入面仲有餡最尾個粥係用蒸咗兩個鐘嘅海鮮精華加埋南瓜一齊煮溶,煮出黎好綿滑,充滿住南瓜同海鮮嘅鮮甜味,份量仲有成3碗,食完超級飽呢間餐廳仲有個教學喺枱面,方便唔識煮野嘅人都知每款配料蒸幾耐總括黎講,呢間啲野幾好食,價錢又唔算貴,值得一試!
