To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去咗九龍城泰皇閣食飯，試咗佢哋嘅幾款菜式。佢哋嘅冬陰海鮮湯好正，湯底鮮香濃郁，入口暖心。炸蝦餅拼春卷就一般啦，味道唔算特別出眾。再嚟係佢哋半打嘅沙嗲串燒，有豬肉、雞肉同埋墨魚丸，但係味道都無特別驚艷，豬肉仲係免治豬肉口感。至於蛋包鮮蝦金邊粉，就真係好好味啦！金邊粉煮得恰到好處，鮮蝦夠彈牙，蛋包亦煎得香脆，令人回味無窮。呢次食物嘅質素都算平均。不過，食物同價位都算相符，可以講係幾平，CP值唔錯。
