To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店名普通，但食物卻唔普通嘅美味廚

今日同事提起話想食水煮牛肉，開吓胃咁喎，咁咪search吓公司附近有冇咩川菜館咁囉，結果係都唔洗搵，另一個同事就主動提議去一間叫“美味廚”嘅餐廳食。但我第一時間心諗：“美味廚呢個名咁似普通餐廳名嘅？係咪中式快餐嗰D friend 呀？D嘢食會唔會好hea㗎？”但我同事一再用TVB《十二傳說》女主角潘朵嘅名句強調：“隱藏嘅比顯露嘅更加重要，店主做咁多嘢只係想模糊視線，但我已經睇清楚佢嘅原點！”。好啦，既然佢講到咁肯定，我亦只好親身嚐試，搵出佢嘅美味原點！但去到店舖先知，原本佢哋係樓上舖，平時係主力做晚市火鍋，但其實午市都有好多好正嘅撚手小菜。下面我就逐一介紹吓佢哋嘅小菜啦~
