To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 再來加大版的 鳳城龍吐珠 ($228),鯪魚脊肉給拆肉打成鯪魚球,又刻意保留豐腴滑溜的魚腩位,加上臘腸鯪欖角清蒸,簡單來說是一魚兩吃。新鮮製起的鯪魚球非常好吃,含豐富脂香的魚腩又是另一番風味,兩種吃法我都愛啊!

接著又有 銅盆錫紙焗走地雞 ($220/半隻),走地雞肉質嫩彈而不會太韌,同時富有大頭菜的鮮香及紅棗的香甜,味道豐富十分討好。

來到歷史悠久、極具特色的 古法彭公鵝 ($188),實在令我又愛又恨:愛它有如豬腳薑的香甜,為它更忍不住要點白飯來撈汁;恨那鵝與自己何其相似,滿身脂肪,連帶甜汁面層也浮著一層肥油!如果選用瘦一點的鵝隻,相信會更出色~

吃完邪惡肥鵝,也是時間吃點 籠仔梅菜皇蒸芥蘭 ($138) 來平衡一下。梅菜很香又甜,又撈了不少白飯吞下肚了;芥蘭則爽口翠嫩、清新好吃,很快就給清碟了!

甜品時間,先來由厚切白糖糕、加蛋漿香煎而成的 蛋香煎倫教糕 ($42/3件);白糖糕一點不酸,加蛋漿後香氣及味道都提昇了不少,重點是並不油膩,滿足口慾同時不會太罪疚!

當然沒有錯過 順德雙皮奶 ($48),雖然面層皺皺的奶皮失了蹤,但細膩嫩滑的質感、輕甜柔美的滋味已夠俘虜我心,整碗KO是常識吧?
