跑馬地有一間其貌不揚,門口隱蔽,但係設計十分吸引我注意的廚師發辦,門口係淺木設計,一入到去就係竹嘅擺設,再推開玻璃門,有一片隱蔽嘅竹林,向上一望,竟然係大廈嘅天井,頓時有點日式庭園的風格,玻璃門旁邊,就是今晚用餐的地方。今晚食咗廚師發辦,總共有二十幾道菜,真係要留定肚先至可以清晒,主理人都不斷提醒我哋,要預留位置,好好享受今晚嘅晚餐!先是前菜,係雜種鴨肉,再加海老,兩粒銀杏,同埋甜到不得了嘅栗子,栗子係神來之筆,比甜品更甜!跟住再嚟就係一個湯羹狀嘅物體,入邊有各種嘅菇同埋大蜆,兩樣夾埋十分清甜!之後就有兩種魚生,分別就係皮木魚同埋白蝦,白蝦形狀小巧,但係鮮甜好味,配上醬油進食,佢最巧妙喺底下放咗塊紫蘇葉,包住食,原來係咁配搭!之後嘅魚生就係寒鰤雨,師傅叮囑我哋,雖然樣貌相似,但係佢唔係油甘魚, 食落仍然有油香,不過係較為淡身,反而相比油甘魚,呢一個魚味更出!之後頭先嘅白蝦再次出場,不過係佢嘅蝦殼炸脆咗,作為小食,絕對係酒盜!再嚟係北海道八爪魚嘅吸盤同埋足數,中間賠償將油漬Wasabi,十分有趣,我從來未食過,師傅話用醬油漬令到山葵更加辛口,不過攻鼻得來又帶種清甜喎!之後係兩種貝殼類,赤

終於見到今晚嘅高潮,香箱蟹🦀️!師傅鉅細無遺咁樣將製作過程話俾我哋知,佢嘅擺盤精緻, 十分貼心咁樣將所有蟹肉拆晒出嚟放在蟹蓋上,將蟹腳、蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹子一同進食,配上有點酒香的醋,簡直是這頓晚飯的第一享受!


之後有白子醬油燒,同行友人唔知白子係咩,食完我先話俾佢聽,算係一大嘗試!之後剛才嘅白蝦再次出場,不過今次係將佢起肉變成蝦丸,質感鬆軟,食得出佢真材實料,冇加太多麵粉,抵讚!


最後進入壽司環節,分別有赤矢柄、金目鯛、關鯖、甘海老、帆立貝、槍魷魚、中吞拿魚、蛇腹拖羅同吞拿魚漬,全部高質!


最後飲埋個麵豉湯,以甜品作結,係十勝紅豆羊羹,一開始以為好似和菓子咁超甜,不過明顯具佢遷就左香港人口味,不覺飽膩!
