今日朋友介紹我哋去旺角呢一間日本餐廳試吓,話佢哋嘅廚師發辦好抵食,而且食物質素同埋 餐廳環境服務都好好👍🏻👍🏻夜晚最平嘅廚師發辦只係$468—— 長阪12旬彩席間料理(12品) ,$500唔使就已經有12道菜式,又真係幾抵喎!一齊嚟睇吓佢嘅食物質素如何啦!🤩🤩首先,拎上嚟第一道菜分別係有璣煮鮑魚、蟹肉豆腐🦀、燒拖羅🐟,三款食物嘅擺放都好精緻,其中我就最鍾意佢哋嘅璣煮鮑魚,好入味而且唔會好韌!跟住上枱嘅分別有非常開胃嘅赤貝八爪魚醋物🐙 、三款刺身🍣 同埋 非常精緻嘅三文魚子蟹肉夾餅🦀,三款刺身分別係熟成深海池魚🐠、白蝦🦐、海膽,其中我最鍾意佢哋嘅白蝦,味道真係好鮮甜軟糯! 接住落嚟就開始有啲熱嘢食啦~ 分別係鵝肝魚子蒸蛋🥚、日式燒豆腐配木魚絲 、風乾馬友🐟,鵝肝魚子蒸蛋嘅鵝肝帶出咗成個蒸蛋嘅主調,而且蒸蛋非常之滑!🙌🏻🙌🏻 燒豆腐外皮好脆,裏面嘅豆腐好滑仲有少少爆汁嘅效果💦💦 風乾馬友🐟一樣好有鮮味!跟住就上咗兩款天婦羅🍤,分別係沙嘴魚 同埋 秋葵 ,同埋燒北寄貝🐚,燒北寄貝拿捏得好好,做到啱啱熟非常爽口又有鮮味!最後上嘅菜式就係香草龍蝦汁燴飯🦞 同埋 魚湯🐟,其中我就特別鍾意佢個魚湯,
