去完中環海濱公園 就去咗食個魚生飯 呢個係高級版嘅魚生飯,全部魚生都係廚師發辦,有驚喜又有質素先上前菜,沙律,及茶碗蒸沙律菜好爽脆新鮮,顏色好豐富,有沙律醋汁酸酸甜甜,亦唔會好乾茶碗蒸微暖,啲蛋好滑海言廚師發辦魚生飯(特上)呢個丼飯好大碗 入邊有10幾款時令刺身,一次過可以食到唔同種類嘅魚,真係好吸引上菜嘅時候廚師有逐個逐個解釋仲建議我哋首先一定要食咗三文魚籽、海膽先其他既有白子、油鯛、真鯛、金目鯛、秋刀魚、大拖羅、中拖羅、左口魚….. 江戶前散壽司(特上)呢個雖然係叫壽司,但係佢並不是壽司🍱刺身下低嘅飯用咗紫菜、芝麻、薑蓉&赤醋,有啲甜味時令刺身有秋刀魚、墨魚、大拖羅、海膽、灸燒魚….食到最後真係好飽另外仲有自家製帶既腐皮同玉子最後飲埋碗湯 暖粒粒

海言廚師發辦魚生飯(特上)
呢個丼飯好大碗 入邊有10幾款時令刺身,一次過可以食到唔同種類嘅魚,真係好吸引
上菜嘅時候廚師有逐個逐個解釋
仲建議我哋首先一定要食咗三文魚籽、海膽先
其他既有白子、油鯛、真鯛、金目鯛、秋刀魚、大拖羅、中拖羅、左口魚…..

呢個雖然係叫壽司,但係佢並不是壽司🍱
刺身下低嘅飯用咗紫菜、芝麻、薑蓉&赤醋,有啲甜味
時令刺身有秋刀魚、墨魚、大拖羅、海膽、灸燒魚….
食到最後真係好飽
另外仲有自家製帶既腐皮同玉子
