貫徹始終,月初誓言要少吃紅肉,未能全素,日本菜及海鮮餐自然是最佳選擇,因此,今晚又再風花雪月,看看三個月後重臨有何不同。直上二樓日本料理之層樓,巨型彎弓壽司桌依然,但已經被同一伙客人佔據,我們二人散客只好移師中央之壽司桌,面對開放廚房而非壽司師傅,因為這晚人客多,師傅只能偶爾出現送上食品,大部分時間不在面對!既來之則安之,我們自己可以靜靜暢談亦好,選了$1200/位的 Omakase。見到豪師傅,但日籍師傅失了蹤,換了一個有大師風範的本地壽司長,因此這晩再沒有fusion壽司,反而見進步。前菜三點-蟹子沙律、海膽魷魚、魚蛋三款不同口感的小吃,蟹子配青瓜絲作沙律爽口;海膽混合魷魚口感滑溜中富柔韌嚼勁;魚蛋夾了一些魚蓉,不一樣的三文治,最後還有一口甜甜的軟餅,味蕾被喚醒。沙甸魚苖薄片輕巧如薄紙,少許鹹香,香脆無比,非常好吃,見紋理乃幼小魚苖組合,十分有趣。溫泉蛋沙律溫泉蛋大行其道,真的處處有其蹤影!今回不配拉麵,伴和麻醬沙律亦匹配,流心蛋黃替蔬菜添加潤滑,令平常的青菜沙律變得美麗動人。南非蠔肥肥胖胖的南非生蠔上有酸汁啫喱,一口吃了,鮮香酸甜。刺身五款-左口、鰤魚、深海池魚、呑拿魚臉及笠貝五
