To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友聚會吃晚飯, 點了半席六人套餐。七時許落單, 期間侍應錯把鄰座食物送上, 感覺有點混亂。晚飯到尾聲大約九時左右, 蒸魚還沒有送上。前後三次向不同侍應查詢, 敷衍了事回覆都是一樣 "蒸緊啦 ...."。等了又等🕤 眼見客人紛紛離座, 廚房也給其他客人送上蒸魚, 我們還沒有等到......一直到九時半, 有位女侍應過來對我們說: "而家廚房煮得嚟都半個鐘啦, 不如喺魚缸撈條魚🐟畀你哋拎走啦!" 真係聞所未聞, 要食新鮮魚不如去街市買, 為咩要去酒樓呀!😡🤬😰當我們要求退款時, 那位女侍應態度強硬, 表示套餐沒有退款的選擇。 終於迫使我們拍枱大罵, 那位女侍應立時消失了! 後來經理上前了解,答應退款$200 並多次向我們道歉。本來開開心心諗住同朋友預祝生日, 沒有想過要動氣才可以解決問題。歡樂氣氛亦被破壞了😡😡😡侍應待客態度及應對能力都好有問題, 選擇不會再來了☹️
