To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天紀念日不幸被廣告誤導了以為有供應椰汁咖喱螃蟹而過去的。 $298 的價錢一點不值 食物質素非常一般  熱的菜式 我只吃了二片側腹牛扒， 一件豬肋骨， 一碗不熱的南瓜海鮮湯。餐廳回覆其實會 Rotate今天變成了炸軟殼蟹. 哇價錢差很遠吧。 天淵之別。 知道我還會去嗎.. 更甚的是 我問現場的厨， 你們的厨説沒有出過咖喱螃蟹! 所以前言不對后語。 假廣告， 誤導消費者就是了。 自問是冲著蟹而去的。 紀念曰 失望多于一切。拒绝入店先看菜再决定進餐。還會去。。。咪搞了。
