To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 帶仔去書展博殺前，必先醫肚。Lee間冰室位置就腳，而外面嘅麵包香味吸引，就揀佢啦。焗咖喱雞飯多士盒 $68因為被麵包吸引入來，即時被多士盒吸引。叫左等20分鐘，一個比menu圖更強大嘅多士盒就上枱啦。足1磅麵包咁大，入面有好多咖喱雞同飯。飯是炒飯底。咖喱係濃厚，超香中帶小辣 (唔太食辣嘅朋友都係點蕃茄果款好d)。雞肉嫩滑唔鞋口，啖啖肉。麵包外皮少硬但烤好香脆，吸收左咖喱汁，好好味。我切哂d麵包皮落來夾埋變左咖喱3文治。 1個人食真係太大份量，2人會比較好。羅宋湯（多士盒送）超足料。微辣，最愛佢入面有半個薯仔，煲到冧，成個湯都好飲。
