To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同老公放工後去咗食呢間，貪佢坐得舒服、價錢唔算太貴同味道有保證，都叫冇失望。🍓名古屋鳥開親子丼套餐　　簡單嚟講只係雞肉加雞蛋，點解賣咁貴？首先佢除咗有我哋一貫認知嘅材料滑蛋，仲多咗隻生雞蛋。呢隻生雞蛋不得了，蛋味濃得很，又夠「漿」，好有質感；另外佢啲雞肉係名古屋純種地雞（日本三大名種地雞之一），咬落口除咗好有雞味，仲好彈牙同唔黐牙！飯嘅份量超多，絕對唔會話食完好似食咗空氣咁。跟餐味噌湯：Standard跟餐紫薯蓉：老公話好難食，個味好古怪。跟餐蜂蜜綠茶：好清爽，蜂蜜味好減壓，正！跟餐甜品：黑糖水信玄餅，個黑糖汁好好味，又有啲咬口兼唔會過甜，好適合夏天食。🍓滑蛋吉列豬扒丼套餐（呢個套餐冇紫薯）雖然係滑蛋炸豬扒，但豬扒仍能保持香脆，不俗。敗筆是米飯，縱然吃得出是日本米，但感覺煮得不好，米飯都黏在一起。
