To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前個星期日，我想吃龍蝦啦，家在附近，又見食評都不錯，之前沒去過的，去到門口，那個櫃檯拿位的大媽，我準備入座，去掃安心啦，咁就揾部機，點知佢就大聲兼無禮貌的大喝，喺𠴱度𠴱度，我都忍一下，隨後而來的另一檯客，人家有老人，反應慢唔出奇，佢又用罵人的語氣在呼喝，我登時火了，就罵她這麼沒禮貌的，不用給錢的嗎？她連道歉都無句，我就連要都掉回，不吃了，吃了也一肚氣，好似返大陸咁，以為自己係官一樣的，呢個集團點會請呢啲人把門㗎，趕客，以後都不會幫襯呢個集團
