To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 温野菜 午市套餐.滿一桌子的配料 其實只是二人份量😉 湯底點了豆乳和鏗魚湯 豆乳湯的豆味很重 面層還會有一層薄薄的腐皮☺️  至於鏗魚湯 很有鮮味 而且不會掩蓋肉本身的味道 所以較推薦這個😋 前菜的薯仔沙津超喜歡 惹味的沙津醬加上醃漬魷魚 好食👍🏼肉類方面 試了澳洲M9和牛肩脊肉和熊本豚腩肉 不過每樣只得四片 食肉獸可能會不夠喉了😉 野菜方面也非常新鮮👍🏼 松葉蟹腳不過不失 最愛反而是竹筒免治雞肉😋 有點軟骨 很有咬口 套餐還包了飯/烏冬 飲品和甜品 很豐富 絕對吃的飽!最後還可以用剩下的湯汁來個雜炊 🍲 我還追加了芝士玉子雜炊 但這個感覺一般服務與環境都很好 吃得舒服!
