巳有多年沒有探訪元朗大榮華酒樓了,今晚專訪來個晚膳,坐下開了茶梁文韜先生走來特別介紹四月時菜~蕎菜炒龍躉肝。決定嚐嚐罷,先來道蕎菜炒龍躉肝~蕎菜炒得嫩滑爽口,龍躉肝剛熟很柔滑,味道中和;然後繼續來了幾道菜:拔絲咕嚕肉~咕嚕肉脆口,惹味;酥炸台山蠔(一桶)~炸得非常香口,外脆內軟;順德拆魚肉羹~熱氣騰騰魚肉挺新鮮;家鄉腰果小炒王~放了不同的材料:蝦乾、腰果、魷魚、三色椒、豆、葱等等,有嚼感;意猶未盡加追蕎菜菜甫火腩條~半肥瘦的火腩很爽口,有嚼勁,很滿足的一顿家常小菜呀!
