週六晚上不知道吃什麼,隨便來elgin找一家,Bouchon人不少,但是walkin也有一張table。先點了一杯香檳,倒的非常滿,很開心!前菜點了半打蝸牛,味道不錯,我平日最喜歡用蝸牛殼里烤出來的油汁沾麵包,這次的油汁比較稀,味道和前幾天吃得la petite maison還是差了一點。第二個前菜是Assiette de Foie Gras,鵝肝兩吃,Terrine de Foie Gras還有Pan fried foie gras搭配土司和果醬,香肩的鵝肝就不說了,非常美味;我平時不是terrine de foie gras的粉絲,但是這裡做的非常棒,口感綿密細緻,還有絲絲甜氣,喜歡。另外點了一份洋蔥湯,感覺食料很多,但是湯體有點稀。主菜點了Bouillabaisse, seafood stew with 虎蝦、貝、鱸魚 還有蟹, 這道stew真的非常好吃,用料很大方。第二道主菜還是點的stew,是braised black angus shoulder with red wine\ bacon\mash,紅酒燉的牛肩肉搭配培根和土豆泥,湯汁味道真的很不錯,搭配的土豆泥也好吃,這道

先點了一杯香檳,倒的非常滿,很開心!

香港的冬天終於來的,在小小的bistro,坐在靠窗的座位,吃著暖暖的stew,喝著倒得滿滿的香檳,突然想到了Hemingway書里那些在巴黎街頭不醉不歸的情節,有時候食物的味道不需要極致,在恰當的日子里,那種美好的氛圍,滿足到難以形容。


忘了說AMEX有9折,具體是哪種卡我也沒搞清楚,請大家自己問一下。
