本來是一次歡樂的聚餐，被這家餐館都給破壞了!首先把新鮮的瀨尿蝦拿給我們看，$280/隻，貴唔係問題，但是煮出來的是很咸和蝦肉粘殼難吃的。我們亦叫了避風塘炒蟹，大大隻新鮮的給我們看，炒出來的又是蟹肉粘殼的！ 新鲜的海鮮它们的肉是不會在煮熟後還粘殼的，很難再去食This was suppose to be a happy gathering dinner, however it's totally ruin by this restaurant !First the bring out some fresh " pee pee shrimp" to show us in a bucket, $280 each shrimp, price is not the issue if it taste good right? We also order the stir-fride crabs, they play the same trick by showing us a big fresh crab.. ... same case of crab meat sticking on to the shell ... ...
When fresh seafood is cooked, usually their meat does not stick to the shells....very hard for us to return to this restaurant again.
