To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我喺九龍城度食，一入到去已經想走，因為環境好差，裝修10分簡陋，這個不是最大問題，但是你感覺上很污糟。食物方面，很普通，不難食，海鮮份量很少， size亦都很少，你唔好期望自己會食飽，食完都唔知食過啲乜價錢十分之貴，如每個人要食飽起碼$700 ，但係講緊嘅係只可飽肚不是真的很飽，其實用咁嘅價錢食嘢，好多人起碼希望成個經驗係愉快，愉快來說，要包括環境，食物質素。但呢間餐廳只可以話好似一間舊式茶餐廳嘅感覺，但用來蒸海鮮，佢嘅價錢可以有更好嘅選擇，佢好多好評，啲好評我好懷疑點樣避的，香港人用咁嘅價錢食嘢比咁嘅質素，我唔相信會咁慷慨。
