Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於附近吃開的小菜舖還未啟市，於是求其找一間，後悔！上菜慢，當時差不多是晚上九時，點菜後也都要等20多分鐘，最後催侍應食物才送上。芥茉牛柳粒只是和暖，一點也不熱，牛柳粒旁邊的核桃淋又唔脆原先想點避風塘瀨尿蝦肉，誰知沒瀨尿蝦；店員建議改為避風塘中蝦，又無其他潮州菜，所以冇問價錢下也回應說好，因為瀨尿蝦價錢是$198，相信中蝦也不會貴過這個價錢，誰知埋單的時候，才知道這道菜要200多元，雖然蝦的味道及肉質是不錯，可是只有七隻，在初六新年期間是很不好的意頭😑也有點貴蒜蓉炒菜心，來到就像白灼菜心一樣，蒜頭很貴嗎？不會再有機會來！

原先想點避風塘瀨尿蝦肉，誰知沒瀨尿蝦；
