To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元旦夜諗住同成家人食飯慰勞下佢地，結果得果一肚氣！果晚係多人，但係我地7點都落咗單。我地點咗5樣野，分別係凍烏頭、蠔仔餅、薑汁芥蘭、鵝片及大蠔仔粥。凍烏頭細細條，但肉質鮮甜，加上普寧豆醬味道著實不錯！蠔仔餅雖略嫌多粉，與薑汁芥蘭及鵝片味道亦算可以！其中煲大蠔仔粥係其他野黎齊食完都未到！我地不斷咁催，佢地班員工都無同我地跟，hea我地！隔離臺遲過我地落蠔豆醬仔粥既都到咗之後好耐都未到，好明顯係漏單啦！同佢地再講之後黎咗煲細粥！喂大佬啊，我地係點大粥ga wor。差唔多8點我地想cancel張單走人陣時煲粥先到，果個哥仔聽到我地話cancel，居然問咁你地係咪要ga，你地係咪食ga，你地唔要無所謂ga！仲look大雙眼, 一副好惡既樣子! 係咪多人幫親, 就可以甘既服務態度！! 正常黎講遲咁耐都會講句唔好意思啦，有咩理由會咁講野！煲粥我地緊係唔要！我地以後都唔會再黎食！
