To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日又去鍾廚飲茶喇! 上一次試過九龍灣企業廣場的鍾廚, 食過返尋味, 趁今日五一勞動節, 約朋友去逛街前吃少少點心啦! 銅鑼灣永遠是港島熱點聚腳地, 想找地方吃午餐, 總要排隊﹑取號碼紙等位。 無法啦! 好東西, 自然多人等位。 正午十二點多,我等半小時多了,接近下午一點鐘,終於到我們入座。 客人多,酒樓限時要埋單結賬。 上次在九龍灣鍾廚,食過好味的家鄉煎芋餅, 今次也點了同款。 還有磨菇包, 它是蒸籠點心,裡面有醬汁磨菇片, 沒有肉末在內, 大概是素點心。外表似海味舖的厚花菇, 很有趣呢! '吸睛'分數高。至於家鄉煎芋餅, 外表似潮洲煎蠔仔餅, 少少厚啦! 因為自己喜歡吃芋, 所以也不差。在銅鑼灣這店只有普洱﹑壽眉不收茶錢, 點其他茶都要收茶錢。 如龍井要多付$40。
