To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 茶位去到$28/位, 算是正常? 我不懂怎計算出來, 點心方面全都有水準, 不過價格就相當高, 尤其是賀年點心全部是$60- 68, 在這個一開年就已經幾乎可以預知上半年唔會有咩好市道的環境下, 這樣進取的價格真的有吸引力嗎? 未幾大概三星期後這店也開始感覺到壓力下, 被迫推出38蚊嘅均一價點心但只做平日, 可能老板覺得還未須要走到最後一步吧, 當日推介係脆皮流沙包$60, 外皮炸出一層簿簿的金黃色脆皮, 流沙係真流沙而非一舊似流不流嘅物體, 唔過甜同油膩, 難得! 义燒腸粉$72依然係這裡嘅得意之作, 瑤柱菜苗餃一籠四只$69超過17蚊一只嘅菜苗餃當然係好食啦,乾貝帶子蛋白炒河$218 在這店算係抵食的一碟炒河了, 服務算係唔錯嘅!始終係酒店式,
