作為有內涵嘅香港人,應該得閒品吓茗,嚟呢間冧莊12年米芝連嘅飯店佢地當中最馳名嘅,就係蝦多士,係真真正正嘅蝦多士,冇加麵粉就咁炸,充滿芝麻香蝦肉連多士炸得非常之脆,從來都未試過咁高質嘅蝦多士除咗蝦多士,蓮藕餅都係拿手小菜,八塊排到是是正正炸得好靚仔,咬落好帶魚香鹹香,極之彈牙,八塊絕對唔夠喉呢碟椒鹽鮮魷同出面好唔同,形狀多數係切到長條狀,質感外脆內彈,好有鮮香點醬食更係畫龍點睛之用,更加惹味生炒骨同坊間唔同在於,肉嘅比例居然比蔬果多好多醬汁毫不吝嗇,但保持到排骨爽身,非常之脆,好少骨啖啖肉食咗咁多咁正嘅煎炸嘢,好彩一開始揀咗菊花茶,泡一陣先飲,味道好香醇,邊飲邊食嘢,感覺好舒服好減壓,花香唔會太濃但last好耐
