To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個dinner set+10% service charge 一共$525前菜完全唔跟menu前菜內容,蝦得一隻。老皮嫩肉居然係玉子豆腐,what??宮保皮蛋牛咬都咬唔到,而且宮保皮蛋牛呢個係主菜,但份量仲少過前菜。不過好彩得幾舊,如果唔係真係好浪費三杯雞d肉好柴,又係好彩得幾舊,如果唔係真係食唔落我同另一個set都要咗麻醬麵,又係勁干!連我男朋友對食物要求咁低嘅人,居然都唔肯食曬碗麵,真係仲衰過杯麵。黑糖奶茶好淡,但可以飲。唯一我覺得算合格係湯,其他全部係我人生入面試過最難食嘅「台灣菜」佢地一開始省皮,有兩部冷氣無開。我一開始食到全身汗。好彩waiter係我要求下,即刻開番部,呢個比番like。至於服務,我係香港食飯從來無期望過。佢地係門口到入座會有d亂,一開始無人帶+漏單要催+唔記得幫我地埋單,但again,我覺得可接受,因為係香港從來無期望過服務質素,所以唔會失望。除咗碗雞湯,對於一個好普通的食客來說,呢兩個set無一樣嘢可以合格。埋單仲要比伍佰幾蚊,食唔飽,一肚氣。完。
