To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一入餐廳就比佢裝修吸引到。佢既裝修好懷舊、好復古,有好多裝飾或擺設,例如鐘、乾花、鏡、燈飾。餐具方面都好靚,碟上既花紋隻隻都唔同。筷子同羹係木製,上面仲刻左字。點左一個「木」晚市套餐,$199前菜:百香青木瓜、古早味菜脯、醃漬蕃茄百香青木瓜比較特別,味道酸酸地,幾開胃。湯:青木瓜燉排骨幾清甜主菜:宮保皮蛋牛雖然係宮保,但我覺得唔係好辣。牛肉幾嫩滑,但皮蛋可以多啲。配菜:老皮嫩肉原來係炸玉子豆腐,幾香口。主食:麻醬麵麵質唔錯,軟硬度適中,好香麻醬味套餐仲包一杯野飲,揀左黑糖奶茶。兩個人食一個套餐當然唔夠,所以加左養生藥膳排骨湯同台式滷味拼盤。個湯望落好油,有層油係面,我地撇走面頭層油先飲。味道方面,飲落唔重藥材味。拼盤有豬耳、牛腱、蛋、蘿蔔、豆干、海帶牛腱幾好食,其他就冇咩特別。餐廳環境好有特式,唔錯。但食物味道方面唔係有太大驚喜,只係一般。
