To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日黎到呢間好適合映相的地方。岩晒映相發燒友,好有復古風。舊郵箱,很特別。窗框都很美,雖然有少許生鏽,但卻加添幾分味道,幾分往日的情懷。看得出這裡用心佈置,每一隻杯、一隻碟甚至一隻木匙羹都美輪美奐,配搭得宜。我們點選一個餐名為"十" 另散叫一碗牛肉麵share食。飲品-菠蘿梳打菠蘿梳打真係有鮮菠蘿粒👍🏼,小小酸、甜甜地,好開胃。最特別嘅係個玻璃杯,係保冷嘅玻璃杯、雙層玻璃的。再一次看到小店在細節的用心。湯-青木瓜燉排骨青木瓜湯很清甜,帶有少少蜜棗味,感覺無咩味精,真材實料。前菜-蜜地瓜蜜地瓜其實是紫番薯,紫番薯應該用糖水浸過,甜甜地,入口軟綿,有花青素,有益。👍🏼主菜-宮保皮蛋骰子牛呢個我好buy,好似阿媽煮嘅餸(不過係惹味版),因為有青椒所以辣辣地,牛肉唔韌有嚼勁,且半肥瘦,很順口。最特別嘅係炒皮蛋,咬落好爽、好彈牙👍🏼,又唔會過鹹,有埋淋淋地入晒味嘅洋蔥送飯一流。散叫-牛肉麵牛肉麵不愧為店舖其中一個主打,牛肉煮得腍滑而且內裏半肉半筋,牛肉味濃連帶湯底都充滿牛嘅香味。半筋半肉、肥瘦度適中,據說牛選用澳洲的牛肋條,口感上雖然比黃牛軟腍,但牛脂油花則較豐富,經燉煮後仍能保持油潤。
