To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友最近推介咗哩間餐廳🍴同類型嘅日式任食weekend brunch,去過 Honjo 同 Kyoto Joe,兩間都各有特色。今日嚟到魚治,風格同前面兩間都好唔一樣,魚治係居酒屋風格,牆上面放滿清酒做裝飾,旁邊仲有日本人客人。每人都會有一杯welcome drink,可以揀清酒或者果汁🍶🧃每星期嘅welcome drink 清酒都唔一樣;而welcome drink 嘅清酒又同free flow嘅清酒唔一樣架喎,可以預先問清楚職員。刺身、主菜、甜品每人包一份。其餘前菜、燒物、一品料理、麵食都係任食。落單係直接同職員落單,可以問清楚每樣食物嘅份量,唔會浪費。一開始好興奮咁揀咗好多食物,職員好細心咁解釋俾我哋聽,餐廳冷氣較大,一次過叫好多食物,就好容易吹凍。餐廳唔介意客人分開逐少叫食物,雖然brunch係12-2點,但同其他餐廳唔一樣,唔會早15分鐘截單,一夠鐘就要客人起身交枱。而係落單可以落到2點,之後可以慢慢坐到3點。餐廳唔會趕住做第二輪,所以食得好舒服,唔洗食得好急。主菜有兩款,燒厚切牛舌同燒銀鱈魚。刺身同主菜會先嚟,之後就開始叫任食嘅食物。我哋三個人,叫咗兩份牛舌同一份銀鱈魚。無

牛舌會配埋漬物,中間仲有小小粉紅色。

哩個真係好好食!!! 😍😍😍😍
係忌廉芝士加埋楓糖,搽餅乾食。
一份餅乾一定食唔哂個醬,可以叫職員淨係拎餅乾,咁就唔會浪費咗啲醬。
個餅係森永小麥胚牙餅,就咁食都好好食 😆

免治雞肉串好容易食到,點解仲特登推介俾大家呢~
因為佢質感幾實,唔似外面串燒店咁削。
再加埋醬油一齊燒,外面輕輕燒到少少焦脆,好好食。

燒飯團 - 明太子
Grilled rice ball (mentaiko)
個飯團燒得好香,飯團唔係好大件,一齊share食都唔會好飽好頂胃 😋
外面燒得香脆,再加醬油燒,所以會偏濃味。


最後,飯後甜品係牛奶布甸。
布甸好重牛奶味,但偏甜。
最後已經食到好飽,但都忍唔住食哂個布甸🍮

雖然食物選擇唔多,而且刺身唔係任食,但我覺得食物同服務都比Honjo 同 Kyoto Joe優勝。
