“Wild Grass”解作野草,我這風中一野草,在剛過去的復活節週末,來到中環Wild Grass吃了個Easter Special Brunch。餐廳的佈置很有農場的氣氛,半開放式廚房,令我想起中環區另外一些餐廳 。這個Easter Special Brunch,三道菜每位HK$368。先在以上Menu中選擇頭盤,我揀了Panfried Smoked Salmon with Horseradish, Poached Egg & Salmon Eggs (香煎煙三文魚配辣根、波蛋及三文魚子)賣相非常美觀吸引和細心,砌成金字塔的形狀,如膠似柒,實在有點不忍心分割他們,但始終要吃的,難得外表美,內在也見實力,三文魚並不需太多調味,這樣簡單的原味,更能帶出嫩滑感。主菜屬半自助形式,分兩邊擺放,一邊放著魚柳和薯菜,不能錯過這野生冰島比目魚魚柳,用了Vermouth和Thyme來配調,非常鮮嫩美味。另一邊就更吸引,一盤盤肉類有序地排列著,有烤羊架、羊脾、羊肩、烤雞等,迷迭香似乎是眾肉類的主要材料,洋蔥味道也恰好的,幾款羊肉之中,我最喜歡羊脾和羊肩,來自英國Essex Sandon Lodge

另一邊就更吸引,一盤盤肉類有序地排列著,有烤羊架、羊脾、羊肩、烤雞等,迷迭香似乎是眾肉類的主要材料,洋蔥味道也恰好的,幾款羊肉之中,我最喜歡羊脾和羊肩,來自英國Essex Sandon Lodge Farm羊肉,肉味和肉汁也豐富,油脂份量也足,而估不到這裡的雞肉也頗為腍身,令我對西餐的雞肉有點改觀。
