薑汁焦糖布甸配芒果熱情果雪糕,相當輕型的一道甜品。焦糖布甸甜度剛好,脆脆的焦糖面非常可口,而熱情果芒果雪糕十分醒神,一洗之前食到的肉類的油分。非常好的組合!

午市套餐,可從6個前菜、5個主菜(連有機牛肉選擇共8個)選擇。而2道菜只需$180,3道菜則需$198。在中環區來說,有這樣的素質,價錢絕對合理。

I had the Huevo Rancheros as my starter which was absolutely delicious and was my favourite at the brunch. The two eggs were perfectly cooked with oozing yolk and runny white with toasted rim! After our starters, we went to the buffet area to check out our mains. The first thing I picked was definitely the Slow Roasted Organic Australian Beef where I paired with gravy, Yorkshire pudding and a side of roasted rosemary paired with Horseradish Sauce. The roasted beef was perfectly cooked with pinkish center, very flavourful but rather lean. The gravy was rich and delicious. Yorkshire Pudding was alright, pretty soft with airy inner. I love the buttery and herby potato which I got a few rounds of them.

We were each served a dessert platter with 4 pastries after the main. 

The food at Wildgrass is very hearty and the meat quality is, by no doubt excellent. The brunch is a great bargain as you can try most of the popular dishes at Wildgrass.

We had a look at Wild Grass' website and were sold on their philosophy that contained all the right words. To spill the beans early, we weren't disappointed with the food, which was all well cooked and presented, and the portions were just right for a lunch set, but perhaps it was the glaringly empty restaurant (with lots of wood furniture and fake plastic plants), or the slightly unseasoned (dropped crockery) but friendly and eager-to-please waitress, or the beautiful but ergonomically awkward dishes that the food was presented in (try digging vertically into a potato and lettuce salad), that turned the experience from a wow to a woah. Well, not that bad, but I walked away feeling I had to almost convince myself that it was a great meal.

As I forgot to take photos of the appetizers, I have forgotten already what they were, which means they were decent but unmemorable. The mains fared better, with my smooth butter basted plaice served with a small fresh salad, and my hubby's chicken was tender and well seasoned. For dessert we shared a cheese platter with fig jam, and the waitress kindly brought us some crusty thin bread on request to smother the cheese on.

最後以Walnut Cake 作總結,蛋糕軟腍帶甜香,而Grape Sorbet 很滑,不錯。

這幾天已經吃得很飽,很飽之下再吃這頓豐富的晚餐,實在有點過火,但面對美食,實在沒有抗拒的力度,吃了再算吧。Wild Grass的食物水準是不俗的,廚師亦很用心做美食,因為廚師和老闆都是同一人,所以不會發生那種businessman和廚師意見不合的事情發生,所以食物的材料和質素都不俗。

地點上可能有點偏僻,但小妹已習慣了走路,而且公司在附近,過來也不過是數分鐘而已,所以很方便呢。

Friends recommend this restaurant last month. I visit there with four of my friends last week. The price for brunch are worth it to try. Love the decoration of the restaurant. Especially the long wood table in front of the bar. By the way let start with the food. We choose the mix mushroom soup, smoke salmon, egg Benedict and the sunny side up egg to start with. We choose the mix mushroom soup, smoke salmon, egg Benedict and the sunny side up egg to start with. Everything was alright. Expect the sunny egg was bit over cooked, and we also have the all you can drink for 3 hours. We had like smashed when we left the restaurant 


Main were the carvery station. Halibut is one of my favour fish. Prosecco with baked halibut just make me non stop drinking and eating. Beef rump n lamb leg were very juicy and keep in a hot tempature。

Dessert we had both of them, which is the cheese and dessert of the day. Cakes were alright. I love the blue cheese and Camembert. My other friend she love the goat cheeses but not my favour. 

Service was ok. Chef was service the ramp beef in carvery station. Wine glasses was keeping full all time. At least we had what we want all time. 

Like my friends said price were defiantly good to try. We had a wonderful afternoon.

 Here I have tried all on their list ---OBE Organic beef , British whole Dingley Dell Pork Leg, Organic French Chicken , NZ Natural Grass fed Lamb . The chef cut according to my order , you can even tried them all in one go. For me , the Beef and Pork are the best . For such quality meat , the price at $298 is amazing . I believe they want to promote the organic message more than other place tried to mark a crazy price tag on organic food.

Next to Carvery table , it is the Baked Halibut and Vegetarian Buffet .  
 If your partner is non meat eater , they will be very happy with it . 

The service is very friendly. We ordered open bar options, they keep pouring prosecco without asking. Very attentive service. Manager also came over if we need anything or any food we may want more. They even offer to help when some guests dont want to get food from the table. 

The restaurant is very clean and hygient , I think the last reviewer may be their competitor or he or she visit the wrong restaurant .  As the glasses on the tables & bar counter and plates at buffet area are all very clean . Nowaday the hygient standard is very high in Hong Kong. They are professionally trained to run the business as I can see. 

I will come again and bring in group as it is very spacious and comfortable for friends and families gathering . Feel like home , not only the decoration, also the people.

   The service was alright, i guess it was a bit busy, so the waitors/waitresses didn't respond immediately, but it wasn't that long that i should start complaining about the restaurant, tbh, it not really a big issue, i guess we were also lucky as well, the staff were very sharp and all the orders came out right, as it should be for every single restaurant.
Overall, we enjoyed our time at Wild Grass. The key focus was to enter the restaurant and wanting to taste that fresh meat that's completely clean without any impurities. And it furfilled it's promise of making a difference, it was different to how normal farmed meat tasted

Piri Piri Prawn就用幾種不同嘅辣椒加埋garlic,cherry tomato一齊炒。辣辣地幾開胃,啲蝦仲要夠大隻又新鮮…………😆
激戰完個頭盤,就到主菜……我地揀左Roasted Halibut & Rib Eye Steak
Halibut係用半烤同半焗嘅方法,再配已原個garlic & 薯蓉做配菜……條魚啲皮帶點crispy,啲肉好滑,一食就知唔係冰鮮野。
Rib Eye Steak就係普通用煎,但要整得好食都唔係易。呢方面就真係考廚師嘅功架。我地鍾意食生啲,之前喺好多所謂專門食steak嘅地方,都滿足唔到我地,唔係太生就overcook...😒但呢到就真係煮得啱啱好,我地要medium rare...好耐都冇食過一塊咁好食嘅扒喇?😁

其實食到呢到已經好飽,但點都要同埋個甜品決戰。揀左Cheese Platter同Chocolate Fondant...😍😍
Cheese Platter有4款Cheese,加上生果,合桃同麥包,俾我地選擇唔同嘅配法👍👍
Chocolate Fondant 都唔錯,香濃嘅朱古力喺第一啖食落去蜂擁而出。再配埋Vanilla嘅雪糕中和番……一絕嘅配搭。
埋單每人大概500蚊,我覺得物超所值,無論食物,環境同服務都俾我想像中好。希望下次黎訂食 Brunch唔好再冇位……因為我真係好想食丫😁😁

Pink shrimp salad 的蝦頗新鮮彈牙,salad dressing 用上了lime Juice, 幾特別幾開胃
Cauliflower soup 比想像中入味,不似一般餐廳太creamy 好似罐頭湯甘,值得一讚,加上這裡的home made 面包,我們加了兩次侍應都沒炸型😁😁😁有點不好意思呢
Egg Benedict 還可以吧,hollandaise suace做得不錯,poached egg沒有over cook,但這是基本的吧😌😌😌
享受完美味starter, 係時候決戰buffet!💪不過媽咪飲完個湯加埋啲面包,睇黎佢要休戰一下,我同爸爸走到buffet counter , 食物品種不是想像中多,當然比起酒店選擇會少,但希望係會重質不重量吧😓今天的主角是以organic為主,法國春雞,new Zealand 羊,澳洲牛肉,英國豬,全都是organic,仲要係任食!任食囉,岩哂我地呢啲無肉不歡的食肉獸!廚師細心講解一番後(不打了,太詳盡),我們各取了一些,回到餐桌媽媽還是未回復戰鬥力,太浪費了!
雞肉比想像中嫩滑,不似一般西餐鞋口的印象,
牛肉成數剛好,但我比較喜歡生一點,三成都可以😂😂😂這裡的豬的確值得一讚,不知是否organic的關係,味道濃郁,似乎比起西班牙黑毛豬有過之而無不及,lamb leg還算不錯,加了香草味道很夾,雖然有多款醬汁配合,但我還是比較喜歡原汁原味,這才品嘗到食物原來的味道。
Buffet 的另一邊,放著不同配菜,其中有道oven baked whole halibut, 賣相吸引,肉質比想像中嫩滑,看來要試下配菜真係要等下次😂😂😂
經過個多小時戰鬥後,大家都似乎飽都吾想郁,侍應還說有dessert ,OMG😖😖😖😖今晚晚餐可以慳返
Dessert 有assorted dessert platter 同 cheese platter , 我們點了各一款(媽媽太飽吃不下)
Dessert platter 有四款不同homemade dessert,味道不錯,可能我不太喜歡甜點,還是cheese platter岩我口味,不過實在太飽或是份量太大,實在吃不了全部,感覺有點浪費😖😖😖
埋單只是$298一位,以食物質素來說,確實超值,侍應服務態度頗不錯,不停為我加酒,幸好今天不是司機😂😂😂😂可以盡情地飲,下次再來要試試這裡的晚餐,款式多很多,雖然沒有任飲😂😂😂,但相信會有更多收穫💪💪💪

上周日,友人一行六人尋尋覓覓一家可以舒服"hea"下的餐廳,結果選中WildGrass。拾級而上,即見一寬闊空間,加上木製地板、簡潔陳設及闊闊一排窗戶,甚感惬意!食物方面,我們點了Sunday Brunch,在餐牌上點過頭盤,主菜部分是自助形式,但選擇有限,大概有4-5款。原條煎魚亦算嫩滑,但友人們所點的牛肉跟烤雞的肉質則頗“鞋”,整體來說亮點欠奉。幸好最後出場的芝士拼盤份量甚豐,友人們亦感滿意。服務一環乃餐廳的最大敗筆也。整頓飯時間我們不時都如“求救般”去找服務員,舉目一看全場只有2-3名服務員,但餐廳頂多只有半滿,理應問題不大,可是態度就是非常laid-back(or relaxed?),感覺一點不專業,上菜速度也很慢(我知道星期日不應太趕,但也太優閒了吧?)畢竟中環選擇太多,也不知下次會何時到訪….

食物方面,我們點了Sunday Brunch,在餐牌上點過頭盤,主菜部分是自助形式,但選擇有限,大概有4-5款。原條煎魚亦算嫩滑,但友人們所點的牛肉跟烤雞的肉質則頗“鞋”,整體來說亮點欠奉。幸好最後出場的芝士拼盤份量甚豐,友人們亦感滿意。

服務一環乃餐廳的最大敗筆也。整頓飯時間我們不時都如“求救般”去找服務員,舉目一看全場只有2-3名服務員,但餐廳頂多只有半滿,理應問題不大,可是態度就是非常laid-back(or relaxed?),感覺一點不專業,上菜速度也很慢(我知道星期日不應太趕,但也太優閒了吧?)

畢竟中環選擇太多,也不知下次會何時到訪….

“Wild Grass”解作野草,我這風中一野草,在剛過去的復活節週末,來到中環Wild Grass吃了個Easter Special Brunch。餐廳的佈置很有農場的氣氛,半開放式廚房,令我想起中環區另外一些餐廳 。這個Easter Special Brunch,三道菜每位HK$368。先在以上Menu中選擇頭盤,我揀了Panfried Smoked Salmon with Horseradish, Poached Egg & Salmon Eggs (香煎煙三文魚配辣根、波蛋及三文魚子)賣相非常美觀吸引和細心,砌成金字塔的形狀,如膠似柒,實在有點不忍心分割他們,但始終要吃的,難得外表美,內在也見實力,三文魚並不需太多調味,這樣簡單的原味,更能帶出嫩滑感。主菜屬半自助形式,分兩邊擺放,一邊放著魚柳和薯菜,不能錯過這野生冰島比目魚魚柳,用了Vermouth和Thyme來配調,非常鮮嫩美味。另一邊就更吸引,一盤盤肉類有序地排列著,有烤羊架、羊脾、羊肩、烤雞等,迷迭香似乎是眾肉類的主要材料,洋蔥味道也恰好的,幾款羊肉之中,我最喜歡羊脾和羊肩,來自英國Essex Sandon Lodge
