To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間田記魚蛋牛腩專門店，之前在太子曾經吃過分店，上次吃的牛腩充滿牛味，而且又入味，份量又多，於是今天再來油麻地吃這分店。天氣寒冷，一定要吃點牛肉暖暖身。牛魔王河粉來到牛腩專門店，一定要叫牛腩吧！但我三心兩意，還是點這個牛魔王河粉好。河粉吸晒湯汁，惹味。牛魔王有牛腩、牛筋、牛腸、牛蒡、牛費和牛肚，牛腩軟稔，牛肺有咬口，又夠入味。炸醬麵炸醬肉碎甜甜的，帶有少少辣味，配上麵條後，非常開胃！魚三寶 點了個魚三寶，有魚蛋、魚片頭和魚皮餃，魚蛋彈牙，是白魚蛋非油炸，健康；魚皮餃大大隻，魚皮餃煙煙韌韌；魚片頭口感十足。豆漿店內還有提供暖豆漿，冬天凍冰冰，最好就是來一杯暖豆漿暖身吧。
