同英國返黎嘅朋友聚一聚,佢好掛住啲串燒,咁岩有朋友公司聚會黎過都高度推介,所以我地都決定黎呢間方便就腳,住於銅鑼灣嘅燒烤堂食個痛快。日式串燒最好係唔使自己燒,而且上菜速度好快,今次仲可以一次過食到日、韓、港、、川,新疆、西式及燒烤堂自家研發的特色串燒,款款新穎有創意,食到好滿足。特別推介:鹽燒A4宮崎和牛(日) $58/串 及 鹽燒和牛牛小排(西) $48/串 :正宗和牛,油脂分布平均,呢個價位算係好抵食!厚切鹽燒牛舌拖羅(日) $48/串 :肥美可口,完全唔會有油膩感。鹽燒A4宮崎和牛$58/串和牛選料上乘,肉味香濃,簡單鹽燒卻充分散發出蒜蓉燒廣島蠔(兩隻)(港)$44/份 & 蒜蓉燒蟶子(港)$52/隻:蠔同大蟶子味道鮮甜,肉質爽彈,食得出好新鮮。川澆蒜蓉茄子(川) $36/條 :呢款好似好受歡迎,枱枱都點搞到我地都想試下。試完冇後悔,茄子外皮焦脆,瓜肉吸收醬汁後,食落又香又辣。呢間串燒店睇得出都好高人氣,7點入場都差唔多滿座,我地食完9點走都仲有人係出面等位,所以大家記得提早黎食啦。
