上星期五去咗灣仔接男友收工,順便去食個晚飯,平時灣仔食嚟食去都係嗰幾間,最後行行下行咗去船街,發現咗間相當隱蔽嘅fusion西餐廳,不過好彩有個好大嘅霓虹招牌係門口,都好易認😌不嬲唔多好沙律,但因為男友想食就嗌咗,估唔到最後竟然係我爭住要😝 皆因佢加咗鹹蛋黃同啲鹹鹹哋嘅魚乾仔,個鹹味中和咗個草青味,食落帶有鹹香,真係食唔停口😌油封鴨脾食落幾嫩口,一啲都唔鞋,因為鴨脾係醃製而成,就咁食較重口味;口味清淡啲嘅朋友就可以點上蘋果加洛神花醬,酸酸甜甜,幾解膩!另外,仲可以點上蛋汁加埋脆窩夫一齊食,口感好有層次😋呢個飯係呢度嘅名物,鍾意食蟹膏嘅朋友,一定唔可以錯過!面頭嘅蟹蓋只係裝飾,真正嘅精華(aka蟹膏😆)其實係喺個飯到,開頭以為佢啲蟹膏只係喺面頭,但原來下面每粒飯都充滿咗蟹膏😳 趁熱食嘅話每啖都好香蟹味,而risotto軟硬適中,呢個配搭真係幾出色,最後成煲清咗🤭
