To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

東大街出咗名多嘢食，隨便入咗間低調越南菜，估唔到都幾有水準越鋒味招牌牛三河粉一碗pho有齊生牛肉片、牛腩、牛丸、扎肉 先$58仲包飲品🤩第一啖已經覺得個湯底好夠味，有層次唔唔似落味精，幾清甜。而河粉好煙韌唔會淋到散，牛肉大大塊但唔算太有牛香，牛腩肥瘦適中，扎肉同牛丸就普通料。香茅豬扒煎蛋飯豬扒炸得好香脆，分量超多，完全食唔晒🤭但冇乜香茅味，似普通煎豬扒蛋都唔係流心係全熟😢 中規中矩，pho好食啲加咗個越式煎蝦餅，冇乜特別，冇蝦味都煎得唔算特別香，勝在份量夠多加咗$9餐飲轉椰汁紅豆冰，都幾細杯，係普通茶餐廳嘅一半份量🤨似椰汁沙冰多過椰汁加冰。唔算好甜，有少少椰香，唔知點解飲飲下仲飲到浸榴槤味😂兩個人晚餐食到超飽都只係百幾蚊🤤抵到爛！招牌牛河值得一試但其他可以skip🤭
